Job Title: Security Guard

Position Overview:
IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Armed Security Guard to oversee access control at schools in Lakewood, NJ. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with access control. The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth within IronRock Security.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of the residential property
Perform occasional mobile patrols as needed
Write clear incident and daily activity reports
Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately
Requirements:
Previous security experience required
Access control experience required
Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols)
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Compensation & Benefits:
$25-27/hour
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
