About the Role:
Elite Security Agency LLC is looking for a dedicated and professional Armed Security Officer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor assigned posts, facilities, and perimeters to deter criminal activity
• Respond swiftly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Carry and maintain authorized firearm in accordance with state regulations and company policy
• Screen and control access points, verifying credentials and managing visitor entry
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary
• Provide a visible security presence to ensure the safety of personnel and property

Requirements:

• Valid North Carolina Security Guard License required
• Active NC Armed Security Guard certification or Pistol Permit required
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred
• Strong situational awareness and sound decision-making under pressure
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to de-escalate tense situations
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
