Armed Security Officer

We're seeking to fill a full-time position immediately. The detail requires an armed officer to conduct vehicle and foot patrol at a local high school in Clearwater, Florida. You must have a current D & G Florida license, valid driver's license, able to respond prepared for duty, and in good physical heath.

Protective Security Service LLC understands the need for well-placed security deterrents. In today’s society it is important to project a visual presence that supports tactical proficiency. What we offer is a uniformed armed officer, trained to respond utilizing conflict resolution through verbal de-escalation, and asset protection procedures. They have also received certified training in responding to an active shooter threat. Each officer is certified annually on their firearm, OC Spray, taser, handcuffing techniques, and active shooter. Officers are not sworn officers, however, are familiar with law enforcement procedures which aid in the transfer of incident information.
