ARMED SECURITY OFFICER

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Friday-Tuesday | 2:00 PM-10:00 PM

Shift: 2nd Shift

TEXAS LEVEL II & III SECURITY LICENSES REQUIRED

ARMED SECURITY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

St. Moritz Security is seeking an experienced and professional Armed Security Officer to provide security services at an assigned location in Houston, TX.

The ideal candidate has previous armed security experience and is comfortable performing access control, patrols, and routine security operations while maintaining a professional and alert presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a professional and visible security presence at the assigned property
• Perform armed security duties in accordance with company and client requirements
• Monitor and control access to the property
• Conduct routine security patrols of assigned areas
• Monitor for safety, security, and access control concerns
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
• Observe and report suspicious activity, security concerns, and policy violations
• Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Follow all company, client, and post-specific procedures
• Maintain professional interactions with employees, visitors, and other authorized personnel

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Texas Level II and Level III Security Licenses required
• Previous armed security experience required
• Experience with access control and security patrols required
• Valid driver's license required
• Clean driving record required
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned schedule
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods

Friday-Tuesday | 2:00 PM-10:00 PM

Full-time | $19.00 per hour
