Requirements

• Valid Florida Class D & G Security Licenses (Required)
• Previous school security experience required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to remain alert and maintain a safe learning environment
• Must pass all required background screenings

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible armed security presence throughout the campus
• Monitor entrances, exits, and school grounds
• Patrol the property and report suspicious activity
• Assist school staff with maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and critical incidents
• Work closely with fellow officers, school administration, and local law enforcement
