Position: Armed Security Officer
Location: Best Buy Retail Store
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: Competitive Pay Based on Experience


Responsibilities:

•  Maintain a highly visible security presence throughout the property. 
•  Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the store and parking lot. 
•  Deter theft, shoplifting, vandalism, and other criminal activity. 
•  Monitor customer and employee safety. 
•  Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations. 
•  Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports. 
•  Coordinate with store management and local law enforcement when necessary. 
•  Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times. 

Requirements:

•  Valid Texas Security License (Level III Commissioned Officer). 
•  Current Armed Guard Card. 
•  Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. 
•  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. 
•  Strong communication and de-escalation skills. 
•  Professional appearance and customer service mindset. 
•  Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
