What You'll Do
As an Armed Security Professional, you will play a critical role in protecting people, property, and operations while maintaining a calm and professional presence.
Responsibilities include:

• Conducting patrols and security checks to prevent unauthorized activity
• Monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas
• Screening for prohibited items and enforcing site policies
• Responding appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Assessing situations quickly and making sound decisions under pressure
• Utilizing de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts safely and professionally
• Collaborating with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary
• Conducting access control and identification verification
• Preparing detailed incident and activity reports
• Maintaining security equipment and reporting deficiencies
• Supporting investigations through accurate documentation and information gathering

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Armed Security License
• Dallas Law Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation

• Familiarity with access control and identification verification processes
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Preferred Qualifications
