What You'll Do
As an Armed Security Professional, you will play a critical role in maintaining safe and secure environments while delivering exceptional service and professionalism.
Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting patrols and security checks to deter unauthorized activity
  • Monitoring entrances, exits, and controlled access points
  • Screening for prohibited items and enforcing site policies
  • Responding quickly and appropriately to incidents and emergencies
  • Assessing situations and making sound decisions under pressure
  • Utilizing de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts safely and professionally
  • Collaborating with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary
  • Monitoring security systems, surveillance equipment, and alarms
  • Maintaining accurate incident and activity reports
  • Providing a visible and professional security presence
  • Supporting client operations while ensuring a safe environment for guests, staff, and visitors

Required Qualifications
  • Valid Pennsylvania Act 235 Certification
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Clean criminal background

  • Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and special events
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3–4 years of security experience
  • Armed security experience
  • Experience working in upscale nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, or high-traffic environments
  • Experience with surveillance systems and security technology
  • Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
  • Military, law enforcement, executive protection, or professional security background
