Armleder Campus Instructional Aide

Job Title: Instructional Aide - Armleder Campus

Employment Status: Full -Time, Exempt

Reports to: Principal, Armleder Campus

Start Date: August 2026, Following the school calendar

Job Summary: Act in support of the classroom teacher in preparing materials, working with students, and classroom management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop students' interests, abilities, gifts, and skills in the classroom and afterschool programming
• Work collaboratively with staff and leadership, maintaining a positive attitude, supportive of the CHCA mission

Qualifications:

• An experienced, creative, innovative, and compassionate leader who is committed to working with grade PK-6 students and staff
• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Experience working with children, required
• Must be a believing Christian who is comfortable in a denominationally diverse Christian community
• Will need to obtain a current ODE Educational Aide Permit and Presschool certification training
