Your Core Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Armor, Cabler, and Packaging machines.
- Set up, inspect, and maintain equipment for safe, reliable operation.
- Use hand tools daily: calipers, wrenches, sockets, pliers, knives, tape measures.
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized production zone.
- Comply with OSHA and Prysmian safety standards; report issues immediately.
- Follow production direction from supervisors and support teammates.
What It Takes
- Manufacturing experience preferred — not required.
- High physical stamina; able to handle labor‑intensive work.
- Skill with standard hand tools.
- Must not be color blind.
- Proven multitasker who can run multiple machines.
- Dependable, eager to learn.
- Preferred: farming/farm‑hand background.
- Preferred: open to 3rd shift or overnights.
Where You’ll Work
- Loud, industrial setting with continuous machine operation.
- Heat exposure and occasional outdoor duties.
- Frequent bending, twisting, standing, kneeling, repetitive motion.
- Lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Schedule & Extras
- 12‑hour or 8‑hour shifts.
- Overtime available.
- Weekend availability required.
- 3rd‑shift/overnight strongly preferred.
