Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in the Emergency Department
Perform procedures and manage acute and chronic conditions
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Provide patient education and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
Active Washington ARNP license
Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Minimum 3 year of Emergency Department experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
