The Art Director creates, develops, and executes innovative, unique production and scenic designs in support of original and adapted live entertainment experiences, including large stage shows, spectaculars, and parades. Through collaboration with our Director of Creative Development, Show Directors, Lighting Designers, Audio Designers, Special Effects Designers, Technical Directors, Producers, Production Managers, Walt Disney Imagineering, and Marketing partners, The Art Director will develop themed environments which convey the emotions and visual story of our live experiences!

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $54,600.00-$73,140.00 per year based on a 24 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job Posting Segment:
