Responsibilities
Creative Execution & Brand Ownership
End-to-End Design: Concept and execute compelling visual assets across print and digital touchpoints, including web, email, display, direct mail, packaging, proposals, and OOH.
Brand Stewardship: Serve as an expert on brand standards, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints while pushing aesthetic quality and visual recognition.
Strategic Problem-Solving: Apply consumer trends, data, and strategic insights to create high-impact visual concepts tailored to diverse briefs and business goals.
Holistic Strategy: Design with an integrated, multi-channel mindset across products, platforms, and user experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Presentation
Teamwork: Partner closely with copywriters, creative directors, brand strategists, and cross-functional business stakeholders.
External Alignment: Coordinate with internal production teams and external agency partners to ensure seamless execution.
Communication: Present design concepts articulately to diverse audiences, effectively framing decisions around business strategy and feedback.
Project Management & Execution Excellence
Delivery: Manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with minimal oversight.
Quality Assurance: Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready work with high attention to detail and adherence to technical best practices.
Efficiency & Initiative: Proactively solve design challenges, balance custom work with existing design systems, and continually bring fresh ideas to the table.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
4+ years of professional digital design experience, specifically including web, social, or UX/UI design.
4+ years of hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative strategy, process, and execution across relevant projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in an agency, enterprise, or retail environment.
4+ years of experience using Figma, including working with complex design systems and component libraries.
