Title: Art Director
Duration: 6 - 12 months contract
Location: NYC, NY/ Richmond, VA/ Mclean, VA/ Chicago, IL
Pay Range: $40 - $50 hr. W2
Introduction
We are seeking a creative and strategic individual to join our team as an Art Director, Brand Creative. This role involves leading design projects across various channels and ensuring brand consistency and recognition.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or military experience.
2 years of professional digital design experience, including social and site design or UX/UI design.
2 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
Portfolio of relevant work, with descriptions of your creative strategy. Creative portfolio is required to be considered.
Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following industries: luxury, travel, finance.
2 years of experience working with Figma and complex digital design libraries and standards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design and develop creative for a range of print and digital channels, including web, email, display, mail, proposals, packaging, OOH, experiential activations, and more.
Own design through the creative process—from white space to real life.
Collaborate with team members such as copywriters, creative directors, and Brand, as well as marketing, business, and production partners, both internally and externally.
Drive brand consistency and recognition across work.
Adapt approach for widely varying briefs, products, and business goals.
Manage deadlines on multiple projects happening simultaneously and deliver high-quality, error-free work.
