Job Title: Art Director Job ID: 88237 Location: Miami, Florida What you will be doing:
Lead concept development for major campaigns alongside a copy partner.
Set art direction across photography, illustration, motion, packaging, and type.
Brief, cast, and direct photographers, videographers, illustrators, and motion partners.
Pitch concepts to senior leadership with clear rationale and storytelling.
Coach designers and grow the craft of the team over time.
Partner with the Head of Brand and Creative Strategist to translate strategy into work.
What you must have:
7 plus years of design or art direction experience, with a mix of agency and in-house brand work.
A portfolio of integrated campaigns showing original concepts and high craft.
Strong taste, with the ability to articulate why something works.
Experience running on-set or remote production with external partners.
Comfort presenting to executives and pushing back constructively.
