What will you be doing
Lead Creative Production Oversee creative execution from pre-production through post-production in-house and external partners
Drive 360° Campaign Excellence Partner closely with the Associate Creative Director and Brand Marketing Manager to execute integrated campaigns
Create Performance-Minded Work Lead concepting for paid media deliverables with a strong understanding of engagement and conversion best practices
Lead & Execute Step in to execute hands-on design work as needed while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
Stay Ahead of Trends Continuously research competitive brands and evolving digital trends

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit
BA in Commercial Art Graphic Design or related field
3-6 years experience in an advertising agency in-house creative team or digitally focused brand environment
Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite programs
Experience on setin-studioenvironment
Experience with Microsoft Office FigmaSketch and project management tools
Strong understanding of typography color composition and digital design
Print experience preferred
