About the Opportunity
Rise in Power is seeking a creative and engaging Art Instructor to lead hands-on art enrichment sessions for children in our after-school program. This role focuses on self-expression, creativity, and skill-building through visual arts.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead 1-hour art sessions
- Teach drawing, painting, crafts, and mixed media projects
- Encourage creativity and self-expression
- Maintain a safe, positive learning environment
- Follow all child supervision and safety policies
Qualifications
- Experience in art education or creative instruction
- Experience working with children preferred
- Reliable, patient, and engaging
- Must pass a background check
