Job Description
- The goal is to enhance user engagement by providing personalized assistance, answering FAQs, and delivering tailored content
- Design and implement an AI agent using platforms like OpenAI, LangChain, or similar
- Integrate the AI agent seamlessly into our website front-end (JavaScript/HTML) and/or back-end
- Customize the AI responses to align with our brand and user needs
- Test, debug, and optimize the AI agent for smooth performance
- Provide documentation and guidance for future maintenance
- Deliverables include AI agent integration, testing, and documentation
Requirements
- Experience integrating AI/chatbot agents into websites
- Strong skills in JavaScript, Python, or relevant web technologies
- Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Microsoft Graph, etc.)
- Familiarity in Agentic.AI OR Crew.AI
- Ability to customize AI models via prompt engineering or fine-tuning
- Good communication and collaboration skills
