As a Line Cook, you will support the Lead Line Cook while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment to deliver excellent dishes to every guest, every time.Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 (Non-Exempt)Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine food preparation according to established operational policies and proceduresPrepare and set up stations and kitchen areas for serviceCook and assemble breakfast items quickly, efficiently, and with strong attention to detail and qualityAssist in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen, storage areas, and restaurantFollow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, including FIFO practicesEnsure all products meet company specifications and quality standardsProperly and safely handle kitchen equipment and toolsCommunicate clearly, respectfully, and proactively with management and team membersDemonstrate a sense of urgency while remaining calm and professional during high-volume periodsArrive on time for scheduled shifts and remain on duty until properly relieved by a supervisorAdapt to changing priorities and assist with additional tasks as assignedWhat This Role Is (and Is Not)This role is ideal for cooks who value clear communication, teamwork, and shared responsibility as much as technical skill.
