The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.
This is a part-time teacher position in the UMHB Arts Academy. Under the direction of the Director of the Arts Academy, the string teacher provides instruction in Violin, Viola, Cello and/or String Bass through private lessons and group classes. The Arts Academy string teacher will offer professional guidance and instruction to students of all ages and levels, and will teach with knowledge and expertise.
Work schedule will depend on the number of students assigned to each teacher, with primary teaching hours to be after school (2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.) Monday through Friday. Some weekend special events/performances will be required.
