This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and completeness of instructional design artwork and supporting the creation of physical study materials. You will meticulously inspect files for errors and assist in building tangible prototypes for user research. Conduct detailed quality control inspections of instructional design artwork.
Build and prepare physical study stimuli for human factors research.
Verify artwork against established requirements and approved content.
Operate production printers and perform precise finishing tasks.
Document inspection findings and manage study materials.
Demonstrated ability to perform detailed visual and content inspections.
Ability to work onsite regularly.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and manual dexterity for precise assembly. This role requires experience in a quality-controlled environment, such as artwork production, labeling, or regulated industries, with a preference for those familiar with pharmaceutical or medical device documentation.
