Day-in-the-life at Alinabal
Role: AS9100 Quality Compliance Technician
Reports to: Director of Quality | Department: 513
When the first shift starts humming, you’re already partnering with production to verify critical dimensions with calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. You capture results with precision, flag anything that’s out of spec, and coordinate swift containment so product flow continues without compromise. Before lunch, you’ve wrapped a First Article Inspection (FAI) review and queued approvals; by afternoon you’re collaborating with engineering on a root-cause analysis that feeds a robust corrective and preventive action (CAPA). You round out the day updating quality records and prepping for an upcoming audit—keeping our AS9100/ISO 9001 practices audit-ready.

- Assist with root-cause analysis and CAPA activities under guidance of the Quality Manager/Director.
- Maintain complete quality documentation aligned with our quality management system.
- Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain to champion quality and keep product moving.
- Support supplier evaluations and vendor conformance monitoring when needed.
- Prepare for internal and external audits and drive follow-ups to closure.
- Lead FAI reviews and approvals; act as the owner of the FAI metric and subject-matter expert (SME).
