Our client has an immediate need for an RN to assist in the ASC of a busy Urology Practice:
Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for assessing patient needs, coordinating and delivering clinical care in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) setting, and maintaining accurate medical records in the EMR. Duties include triaging patients in person and by phone, communicating treatment plans and test results, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, preparing exam/procedure rooms, sterilizing instruments, and educating patients on health management and prevention. Collaborates with providers and care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high ethical standards. Requires active RN license, BLS certification (ACLS preferred), strong communication skills, and 1 2 years of clinical experience; BSN and urology experience preferred.
