We strive to be the premier provider of customized finance programs that add value to our customers' businesses.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupports account executive's efforts to generate and develop new business to meet specified production goals including but not limited to cold-calling and scheduling appointmentsSupports account executive's activities to maintain and nurture existing client relationshipsFunctions as liaison between client companies, account executive, and operations staffPrepares weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports, as specified by managerOrganizes and maintains file systemParticipates in business/trade events that impact business unitDevelops and maintains thorough knowledge of local competition and of prevalent industry and business climate within the regionPromotes company-endorsed programs and services within assigned territoryCommunicates credit approvals and declines to vendors, brokers, and customersPrepares documentation to include proper structure and pricing of the transactionPlaces follow up calls to vendors and customers for pending credit issues, invoicing, and to ensure return of required documentsEnsures all credit contingencies have been satisfiedCommunicates with customers, vendors, brokers, and sources to obtain any missing items not returned with the documentation package to properly close transactionsRequires properly prepared invoices and obtains sales quotesResolves issues to facilitate the funding of lease/loan transactionsActively communicates on a daily basis with assigned sources, brokers, vendors and brokers on transactions and funding status of leases/loansTrains new Sales Coordinators on the sales process and best practicesProvides support and guidance for complex transactionsThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field with two (2) years of related experienceOR High School Diploma or GED with five (5) years of related experienceSkills and CompetenciesAbility to manage multiple and consistently evolving prioritiesAbility to learn additional systems as neededAbility to research, analyze data, and derive factsAbility to work in a team environment when applicableAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability to present information effectively to different audiencesDeveloped negotiation and sales skillsDeveloped relationship-building skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivationThis position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.Position TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
