Summary:
Provides first-line assistance to employees, applicants, and the public related to human resources topics and issues. Provides requested information to employees and leaders regarding HR process, systems, policies and other related topics. Provides standard policy/procedural information, and performs routine problem resolution or referral on matters pertaining to employment, pay and benefits, and work environment. Updates HRIS and other systems as required. Escalates and refers customers to appropriate resource for processing and complex issue resolution

Responsibilities:
Utilizes conflict resolution skills to identify various options to leaders and employees based on situational needs and alignment to policies/procedures.
Provides back-up support to Regional HR Managers and Generalists.
Qualifications:
Four or more years experience in HumanResources required. High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelors Degree in Human Resources preferred. PHR certification preferred. Ability to work with confidential information with a high level of professionalism associated with the area of Human Resources. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in person and via telephone with employees and applicants. Written communication skills as well as business writing and presentation skills are required. Requires strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail in providing accurate information, associated documentation, data entry and meeting quality standards. Must be experienced with various computer systems include Microsoft Office. Must be able to work cooperatively with other employees and function under pressure.
