We are a mission-driven human services organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to live meaningful, self-directed lives in their communities. Our team is diverse, collaborative, and united by a shared commitment to dignity, inclusion, and respect.
We value American Sign Language (ASL) as a primary mode of communication for many of the people we support and for members of our team. Whether you are hearing or deaf/hard of hearing, your ASL skills can have a direct and lasting impact here.
The OpportunityAs an ASL Direct Support Professional, you will do far more than provide daily assistance. You will be a mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate for individuals with I/DD, helping them build independence, confidence, and strong connections in their communities.
This is a hands-on role where you will use ASL every day, support people in real-life situations, and see the impact of your work immediately. If you have experience as a caregiver, home health aide, PCA, CNA, teacher's aide, youth mentor, or in a similar helping role, this is a chance to grow your skills and build a meaningful long-term career.
What You'll DoIf you are ready to use your ASL skills and compassion to make a real difference, apply today with your resume and contact information. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace, and we look forward to considering you for our team.
