ASL Interpreter (American Sign Language)

The School District of Prentice is looking for a candidate who is DPI Certified as an ASL Educational Interpreter for the 2026-27 School Year. This individual will facilitate communication between a deaf or hard-of-hearing student and hearing individuals. The individual would work with the student in the classroom, assemblies, meetings, conferences, and other school events. In addition, the ASL interpreter would be responsible for prepping by reviewing materials to become familiar with the content language. Furthermore, the interpreter would collaborate with all individuals to make sure communication preferences are met. The regular hours for this position are 7:30 am-3:30 pm.
