Position Overview
We are seeking experienced ASME Header Welders to join a growing manufacturing team in Sapulpa. This position is responsible for performing header welds that meet ASME code requirements while maintaining exceptional quality, productivity, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has previous ASME welding experience, can interpret fabrication drawings and welding procedures, and consistently produces high-quality work in a manufacturing environment.
Weld Test Requirements
Candidates must successfully pass a practical weld test demonstrating the ability to produce welds that meet company quality standards.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous ASME welding experience required
Ability to successfully pass a weld test
Proficiency in reading blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
Knowledge of ASME welding procedures, safety practices, and quality standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform header welding in accordance with ASME codes and engineering specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, welding procedures, and fabrication drawings
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality and customer standards
Maintain production schedules while producing quality workmanship
Work closely with production and quality personnel to ensure project requirements are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies, ASME requirements, and OSHA regulations
Assist with additional fabrication and welding duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Current or previous ASME welding certifications
Experience in pressure vessel, industrial, or heavy manufacturing environments
Experience welding carbon steel and alloy materials
Familiarity with welding inspection and quality assurance procedures
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work throughout the shift
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE
Ability to safely operate welding equipment and fabrication tools
Work Environment
