Build with precision. Lead with safety.

We’re looking for a welder who blends technical expertise with rock-solid craftsmanship to bring piping, structural, and HVAC projects to life—accurately, safely, and to code.

Core responsibilities

  • Execute MIG (Metal Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and additional specialty welding processes per project specifications and safety standards.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assemble and repair piping, structural assemblies, and HVAC systems.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and pipe threading equipment to prepare, fit, and verify materials prior to welding or assembly.
  • Perform fire sprinkler fitting, pipe bending, tube fabrication, and plumbing tasks in alignment with ASME codes and standards.
  • Plan and carry out rigging operations for lifting/positioning heavy materials on construction and manufacturing sites.
  • Document work meticulously, including inspection records and compliance paperwork.

Tools and processes you’ll handle

  • MIG and FCAW welding equipment and fixtures.
  • Calipers and precision measurement tools for tight tolerances.
  • Pipe threading machines and tube bending equipment.
  • Common hand and power tools for material prep and assembly.

Experience and skills

  • Proven welder experience in construction or manufacturing, with demonstrated MIG and FCAW capability.
  • Proficiency in reading and applying blueprints/technical diagrams.
  • Mechanical knowledge across pipe threading, tube bending, and assembly practices.
  • Track record of working safely on job sites or in industrial facilities, following safety protocols.
  • Accurate basic math for measurements and material estimates.
  • Strong understanding of rigging procedures and precision use of calipers or similar tools.

What drives us

Quality is non-negotiable. We’re a collaborative team that prizes safety and results. If you’re passionate about welding craftsmanship and delivering top-tier outcomes, you’ll feel right at home here.
