Position Summary:


The warehouse team moves products in and out of the warehouse ensuring our customers receive the products they order. The Checker works in the warehouse and verifies both inbound and outbound inventory matches.





Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:






+ Ensure load accuracy at check in and check out by physical counting


+ Maintain required records


+ Complete required documentation as needed


+ Recognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the customer


+ Safely maneuver motorized material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklift, when necessary


+ Utilize various technologies or software, such as Syntellic


+ Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe environment


+ Be aware of and follow location and work center Safety and Security policies and procedures


+ Wrap pallets after completion of verification


+ Maintain direct interaction and communication with supervisors about progress, opportunities, and/or best practices


+ Any other duties as assigned




Required Skills and Experience:






+ Must be a minimum of 18 years of age


+ Valid PR driver’s license


+ High School diploma


+ 6 months prior warehouse forklift experience


+ 6 months of related experience (i.e. working in a distribution warehouse environment, grocery dock, construction or other positions which require heavy lifting in multi-temperature environment)


+ Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product


+ Forklift certification is required or obtained immediately upon hire


+ Ability to work flexible work schedule (e.g., night shift, weekends and holidays) in a 24/7 distribution center environment


+ This position must pass post offer drug test
