We are seeking an experienced Asphalt & Concrete Sales Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, sales, and project bidding for asphalt and concrete work.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for asphalt and concrete projects
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Develop proposals and submit competitive bids
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Conduct site visits and assess project requirements
• Support sales efforts and help build strong customer relationships

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in asphalt and concrete estimating
• Strong knowledge of materials, labor, and equipment costs
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license preferred
