This position involves maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of asphalt and streets, including base repairs, crack sealing, potholes, and patching.
Operates equipment such as jackhammers, dump trucks, asphalt pavers, and related tools.
Performs manual tasks, supervises crews, and interacts with citizens.
Works outside in all weather conditions, exposed to noise, hazards, fumes, and chemicals.
Requires physical strength, stamina, and the ability to operate various tools and machinery.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in asphalt street maintenance preferred; high school diploma or equivalent.
Must possess a valid Class B/CDL driver’s license and pass background and drug tests.
This is a 100% on-site role, with extended hours and emergency availability.
