Your Schedule:

• April–November
• Early start times: 5:00–6:00 AM
• Weather‑dependent shifts
• Overtime and weekend work are required during peak periods
• Summer‑only employment available (June–August)

IN THIS LABORER ROLE YOU WILL:

Your day as an Asphalt Maintenance Worker kicks off before sunrise; you gear up, roll out with the crew, and get the site ready-blowers and brooms to clear the surface, crack filler to protect the pavement, then smooth, consistent spray‑sealcoating that leaves the lot looking sharp; between tasks you keep materials moving, equipment maintained, and communication tight so the job runs clean and efficient, and when you leave, the transformation is obvious.

ASPHALT MAINTENANCE WORKER REQUIREMENTS:

Can you show up on time, grind through a full day outdoors, and still care about a clean, even finish? Do you work well on a small crew where everyone depends on each other? Say "yes," meet the requirements, and you're who we want on our team. We just ask that you can:

• Lift 50 lbs
• Be comfortable working outdoors in summer heat
• Hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• People who show up every day, work hard, work well on a crew, and take pride in quality (preferred)

Prior construction or asphalt experience (not required-we'll train the right person)
