We are hiring for several asphalt crew roles for our asphalt paving team.
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking professional who knows how to work behind the paver, maintain grade, and help deliver clean, high-quality asphalt finishes. All applicants must have verifiable experience within the industry.
Candidates must have reliable transportation and a valid Florida drivers license. A CDL is preferred but not required.

Requirements
Prior experience working with asphalt is required. Strong knowledge of asphalt paving practices and job site expectations is also necessary. Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and physical conditions is essential. Reliable transportation to the jobsite each day is a must. Being dependable, punctual, and team-oriented is also crucial.
OSHA or roadway experience is a plus.
Compensation Pay is competitive and based on experience.
