Our team handles everything from residential driveways and parking lots to major roadway projects, along with concrete work, milling, grading, excavation, masonry, drainage and asphalt maintenance.
Pay
$20-$25/hr

Hours
Seasonal position: April - December
Mon - Fri 6am - 4pm, some Saturdays
Duties:
Prepare asphalt surfaces by cleaning debris, blowing dust, and removing oil spots
Fill cracks and repair minor surface damage before sealcoating
Mix and load sealcoat materials according to manufacturer specifications
Apply sealcoat using spray systems, squeegees, or brushes
Ensure even, smooth coverage and proper thickness
Block off work areas with cones and safety signs
Maintain tools, hoses, tanks, and equipment
Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
Requirements/Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (preferred but not always required)
Experience in asphalt, paving, or construction (preferred)
Ability to operate sealcoating equipment and hand tools
Knowledge of basic asphalt repair techniques
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail
Valid driver’s license (CDL may be required for some employers)
