Description:
Our client is currently seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for patients. In this role, you will support both administrative and patient-facing functions, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience while maintaining accurate documentation and efficient office operations.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
- Perform patient check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently
- Collect copays and verify insurance information prior to visits
- Schedule appointments and manage appointment calendars
- Conduct appointment confirmations and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate patient records within the EMR system
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle incoming calls, patient inquiries, and administrative requests
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
