Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Associate Patient Care Coordinator to support front office operations and ensure a seamless patient experience. This role is responsible for managing patient scheduling, intake, and coordination of care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Perform patient check-in/check-out and verify demographics
- Handle insurance verification and prior authorizations
- Maintain accurate records in EMR systems
- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient inquiries
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, medical office, or customer service preferred
