Assembler 1, General Compensation

• Pay: $17.00–$17.50 per hour
• Benefits: Available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• 401(k): With company match after 1 year of service on eligibility dates

Assembler 1, General Highlights

• Contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (On-site in Sandy, UT)
• Interview: In-person interviews required

Assembler 1, General Responsibilities

• Perform deboxing of parts to prepare them for inspection
• Visually inspect assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards
• Open boxes/products using small tools or machines and follow established procedures
• Load parts into an automated machine to be sorted
• Move bins/containers with manufactured parts
• Move pallets around the work area as needed to support inspection and production flow

Assembler 1, General Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally lift/move up to 30 lbs
• Ability to push and move pallets using a pallet jack
• Able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods as required
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well with a team

Assembler 1, General Preferred Qualifications

• Medical device manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)
• Detail-oriented with strong quality/inspection mindset
• Strong teamwork and work ethic; willing to rotate into different tasks as needed
