Assembler 1, General

Position Summary:

Perform deboxing of parts to prepare them for inspection. Visually inspect assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. A great candidate for this position is detail‐oriented and able to follow established procedures. This role involves opening products using small tools or machines and inspecting them to ensure excellent quality standards. The position also requires the ability to move pallets around the work area as needed to support inspection and production flow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Open boxes with manufactured produt and prepare for inspection.
• Load Parts into Automated machine to be sorted.
• Move bins or containers with manufactred parts in it.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No required
• Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally lift or move up to 30 lbs
• Ability to push and move pallets using a pallet jack.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
