Job Title:Assembler 1, General/Production Associate
Location:Sumter, SC 29153
Duration: 12 + months
Pay Rate: $15.50/hour + $0.40 shift differential
Shift:Day Shift, 8:00 AM 8:00 PM

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0 1 year of manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Ability to inspect parts and perform quality checks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Steel-toe shoes required.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and understand English instructions/specifications.
• Good attention to detail and teamwork.
• Must be willing to rotate between different tasks.
• Must be able to work flexible/extended hours and maintain reliable attendance.

• Perform fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Perform quality inspections according to specifications.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Use basic measurement tools, including microscopes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
