Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM | Overtime as needed
Pay Rate: $22.00 $22.50/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assembler to perform mechanical and electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on assembly experience, the ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, and experience using hand and power tools.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assembler to perform mechanical and electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on assembly experience, the ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, and experience using hand and power tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions to determine proper assembly procedures.
- Assemble a variety of components using hand tools and power tools.
- Verify dimensions, alignment, and functionality of assembled parts.
- Perform basic mechanical adjustments and alignments to ensure proper fit and operation.
- Perform operating tests according to product checklists.
- Use feeler gauges, manual and air/battery-powered hand tools, arbor presses, and hand trucks.
- Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Install electrical components such as switches, sensors, connectors, and wiring harnesses.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure assembled components meet quality standards.
- Identify and correct assembly discrepancies or defects.
- Document assembly processes, test results, and quality issues.
- Record production data on a daily basis.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment using 6S principles.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Assist with training less experienced employees as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of assembly experience required.
- Mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
