Assembler 1, General Compensation: pay $18.20/hr ; benefits after 90 days ; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)

Assembler 1, General Highlights: contract role (currently set through May 30, 2027 ); on-site ; schedule 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri) ; must be flexible for overtime as needed; drug screening not required ; background check must be completed before start

Assembler 1, General Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
• Set up, operate, perform basic maintenance on, and troubleshoot equipment
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications
• Work within clearly defined SOPs and adhere to quality guidelines
• Use basic measuring tools and perform basic math calculations
• Maintain strong attention to detail and work effectively in a team environment

Assembler 1, General Requirements: High School Diploma/GED ; reliable transportation; mechanical aptitude; ability to read/write/understand English; ability to work a regular, punctual schedule; ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs ; 0–1 year manufacturing/assembly experience preferred; solid work history (at least 1–2 years with an employer—no job hopping)

Assembler 1, General Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly line environments (automotive/engine assembly type settings are a plus)
• Comfort rotating into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
