We are hiring an Assembler in Melbourne, FL, working Monday through Thursday with Fridays off. The pay rate ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience.
The role requires a basic understanding of drawings, work instructions, and data entry skills, along with excellent communication. Responsibilities include studying product documentation, setting up and operating equipment to assemble cable connectors and parts, and ensuring product quality through inspections and tests. The assembler will record inspection results, maintain productivity, and assist in training staff. Collaboration with QA and engineering teams is essential to resolve issues and improve processes, ensuring efficient and reliable production.
