Responsibilities include studying product documentation, setting up and operating equipment to assemble connectors and cables, and ensuring quality through inspections and tests. Collaborate with QA and engineering to resolve issues and improve processes. Maintain a clean, safe workspace, document inspection results, and perform accurate labor and parts transactions. Train production staff to enhance efficiency and ensure processes are followed properly.
