Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly workers for a manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you’ll build and assemble commercial units while ensuring high quality standards in a team-focused environment. What You’ll Do as an Assembler:- Assemble units and components according to engineering drawings and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices for precise assembly
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality and specifications are met
- Report defects, shortages, or equipment issues to supervisors
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools preferred
- Ability to read and follow basic technical drawings and instructions preferred
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and temperature changes #BCjobs
