NOW HIRING: ASSEMBLERPay Rate: $20.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift Position: Assembler Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Assembler to join our team on 1st Shift. The Assembler is responsible for producing components and finished products by assembling parts and subassemblies according to technical specifications.The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions and using a variety of hand and power tools. This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment. Key Responsibilities
Follow technical instructions and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical terminology.
Assemble parts and subassemblies manually or with the use of hoists and other equipment.
Position and align components accurately according to specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble products.
Inspect parts and materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
Test completed products for defects and proper operation.
Maintain an accurate inventory of parts and tools used during the assembly process.
Maintain and properly care for tools and equipment.
Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and supervisor directives.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and well maintained.
Identify assembly issues and assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Work independently or with minimal supervision when required.
Perform other duties within your skill set as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities
Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and building plans.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong mechanical and analytical skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems preferred.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical procedures.
Excellent time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Experience
Previous assembly, manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, or related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods throughout the workday.
Ability to crouch, bend, kneel, and crawl into awkward or confined spaces.
Ability to climb ladders when required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently.
Other Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Strong organizational skills.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
