Position Summary:
The Assembler is responsible for assembling and producing various types of filters. Performing such duties as stapling, applying wrap to pleats, capping, assembling tubes and springs, spot welding, seaming, spinning, spinning adhesive/plastisol, cutting media, wrap or other material as required. Applying gaskets and inspecting. May require tucking and filter repair, packaging and stacking of product.
First Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 3:20pm (10 hours).
If there is a scheduled or voluntary Saturday, the shift will be 5:00am - 10:00am.
Lancaster''s Parker Hannifin Filtration--Wages & Benefits:
Pay rate $17.75/hour ($50,765 - $54,226 annually)
Paid Holidays (13 days each year), Vacation (10 days per year) and Sick Time (40 hours)
You will be eligible for Parker Hannifin's Annual Cash Incentive Plan (ACIP) beginning on your first day of employment, with a target opportunity of 5% of annual eligible earnings and potential payouts from 50% to 200% of target based on Adjusted DNE, sales revenue, and cash flow performance for the Hydraulic and Aerospace Filtration Division.
