As an Assembler, you will join the manufacturing team assembling and installing components used in specialized equipment. This is an opportunity to develop valuable technical skills and grow within a team-oriented environment!
What You’ll Do:
- Operate basic hand tools including tape measures, drills, wrenches, ratchets, and related equipment
- Properly use and maintain all company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Install aerial equipment components and related accessories
- Interpret production drawings and work orders to meet customer specifications
- Learn to safely operate equipment within the assigned production area
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training as needed
- Assist in other production areas as business needs require (cross-training opportunities available)
- Follow established safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including testing installed components and completing rework when necessary
- Comply with company attendance standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Be able to read tape measures, blueprints, and schematics
- Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
