What You'll Do as an Assembler:- Perform basic assembly tasks to meet production quality and efficiency standards
- Read and follow detailed written instructions including diagrams and change orders
- Assemble and prepare components using defined documentation and processes
- Operate hand tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Apply adhesives and clean parts or assemblies as required
- Complete corrective actions and support process improvements
- Maintain accurate assembly records and documentation
- Follow safety and quality procedures while maintaining clean work areas
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- Experience reading, understanding, and following written instructions
- Experience following verbal instructions and completing assigned tasks
- Experience using electronic devices and computer systems
- Experience in manufacturing or assembly environments preferred
- Experience operating hand tools and equipment preferred
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and meet quality standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical assembly work
