Location: Sullivan, MO, 63080

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Assembler to join our team in Sullivan, MO. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling parts and components to create finished products according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with hand tools and power tools, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time

  • Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Pay & Benefits

  • Starting pay: $21.00 up to $23.60 depending on experience

  • 10 paid holidays each year

  • 40 hours of vacation after 90 days

  • 40 more vacation hours on your anniversary date

  • Medical, vision, and dental insurance eligibility after 60 days of employment

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to assemble products
  • Use hand tools and power tools to assemble parts and components
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
